Steins;Gate anime 15th anniversary exhibition announced for Akihabara

Following the announcement of the Steins;Gate anime’s 15th anniversary project earlier this year, additional details have now been revealed for the upcoming commemorative exhibition set to take place in Akihabara, in Tokyo.

The event, titled “Steins;Gate 15th Anniversary Exhibition”, will be held at the AKIBA_SQUARE event space on the second floor of Akihabara UDX building from July 17 to August 2, 2026. The exhibition serves as the centerpiece of the anime’s 15th anniversary celebrations, commemorating the television adaptation that first aired in April 2011.

UDX was shown several times in Steins;Gate. It is located just next to the Akihabara station.

According to the official website, visitors will be able to revisit the story of Steins;Gate through a variety of exhibits featuring production materials, memorable scenes, and newly created displays designed specifically for the anniversary event. The exhibition will also feature exclusive merchandise, special illustrations, and various commemorative displays celebrating the legacy of the series. More information on the merchandise will be shared at a later date.

The exhibition is part of the larger Steins;Gate Anime 15th Anniversary Project, which was announced by MAGES. and KADOKAWA earlier this year. The project aims to celebrate fifteen years of one of anime’s most beloved science-fiction series, with further announcements expected throughout 2026.
