Spike Chunsoft has launched a new Steins;Gate RE:BOOT Cosplay & Fanart Contest, giving fans the opportunity to show off their creativity ahead of the game’s upcoming console release. The contest features two categories: Cosplay and Fanart, with the latter covering illustrations, crafts, and other fan-made creations. Producer Tatsuya Matsubara and scenario writer Naotaka Hayashi will judge the entries, with one winner selected from each category.
Each winner will receive a Steins;Gate RE:BOOT Popup Event Merch Package, which includes a RE:BOOT Lab Mem pin badge, an Okabe and Kurisu plush toy set, and complete sets of the 15th Anniversary Popup Event‘s exclusive acrylic stands and panels.
The contest is open from September 21 through October 24, 2026 (PT). Entries must be original work created by the entrant and suitable for all ages. Spike Chunsoft also states that submissions containing AI-generated content, either partially or entirely, may be disqualified. There are also some regional restrictions: prizes can be delivered to addresses in the United States, Canada, the UK, and Europe. International winners may be responsible for any applicable import duties or other associated fees.
To participate, contestants need to submit their entry through the official contest form. Spike Chunsoft will begin notifying the winners by email on November 11, 2026.
