Spike Chunsoft has announced that the UK and EU physical release of Steins;Gate RE:BOOT has been rescheduled to November 3, 2026. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Standard Edition and SteelBook® Edition for Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 5 will launch later than originally planned. The delay affects physical copies in the UK and EU only.
The digital editions remain unaffected and will launch on October 29, 2026, as scheduled, across Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The North American release is also unchanged, with both physical and digital editions launching on October 29, 2026.
Steins;Gate RE:BOOT is a remake of the original Steins;Gate, featuring updated visuals and other enhancements. The game follows Rintaro Okabe and his friends as they discover a way to send messages into the past, setting off a series of events that threaten to change the course of history.
