UPDATE (August 14, 2019): MAGES. CEO Chiyomaru Shikura has uploaded two minutes of gameplay of the game running on iOS, the video of which we have attached below.
Per the official announcement, Steins;Gate Elite will be released for Apple iOS devices on October 15, 2019 in commemeration of the tenth anniversary of Steins;Gate’s initial release.

According to the official website, the game will be priced at ¥3,800 (approximately $35 in USD or €32). However, a launch discount lasting from October 15 to November 17, 2019 is planned, during which the game will be priced at ¥2,940 (approximately $27 in USD or €25).
The website also notes that the release has been optimized for easy usage on iOS devices, and that save data can be backed up and loaded via iCloud for multi-device play.
No information has been made available yet regarding a potential English release, but it is worth noting that the original game’s iOS release was made available for purchase in English in 2016.
