As was announced roughly a month ago on Twitter, this month’s “Adult Science Radio” was a special show featuring both Ryohei Kimura and Yoshino Nanjō—the voice actors of Kaito Yashio and Akiho Senomiya from Robotics;Notes—to celebrate the upcoming launch of Robotics;Notes DaSH on November 22nd. Adult Science Radio—or オトナの科学ラジオ, the original Japanese title—is a reccuring series of live broadcasts on the Japanese video platform Nico Nico Douga.

They usually star the two voice actors Tomokazu Seki (Daru, Steins;Gate) and Asami Imai (Kurisu, Steins;Gate). However, this month’s special broadcast differed from the norm, and was titled “Adult Science Radio DaSH”.

The voice actors began by reminiscing about their time working on Robotics;Notes in general and then went on to showcase footage of the Robotics;Notes Elite. The button prompts and text boxes show that this is very likely the previously shown port to the current generation of consoles, namely the PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch. They went through several save files to show the main characters, but ultimately did not confirm any details related to the distribution of this new port.

The free portion of the stream closed out with Robotics;Notes-related fanmail. Fans could send out letters prior to the show to have them read out and answered live.

Following that, the paid membership segment of the broadcast began. There, the Robotics;Notes DaSH opening movie was shown for the first time. Additionally, new gameplay scenes were showcased, some of which can be viewed on Twitter. Sadly, this material hasn’t been made public yet, meaning that non-paying viewers may need to wait for a possible future reupload of the stream by 5pb.

Adult Science Radio will return to its regular format on October 29th, by having Daru’s and Kurisu’s voice actors reprising their roles as moderators again.
