SciADV pre-release concepts and tentative future release plan shown by Chiyomaru Shikura

In his latest TwitCasting stream, Chiyomaru Shikura showcased a slideshow presentation featuring a variety of new, never before seen content.

Concept art for logos of various Science Adventure games were shown, along with pre-release ideas that never made it into the final games. Additionally, a tentative upcoming release plan was shown for projects such as Anonymous;Code, and the aforementioned definitive version of the Occultic;Nine visual novel.

These images show the early game logo concept art for Steins;Gate and Robotics;Notes.

Interestingly, a pre-release screenshot of Robotics;Notes shown on the stream featured Nanami Nishijou from Chaos;Head. Though it’s possible that the developers planned to have her appear in Robotics;Notes, it seems more likely that her model was only a placeholder for an early version of the game. Another pre-release screenshot, this time from Steins;Gate, featured Rimi Sakihata’s sprite (Chaos;Head).

Another slide notes that “Gunvarrel”, a key robot in Robotics;Notes, was originally named “Gunvarion”.

Concept art and a logo were shown for an unreleased title called “Chronicle Sky”. This is the first time that the public has been exposed to this presumably cancelled project, but it’s worth noting that the logo’s subtitle matches up with the subtitle used in the early Steins;Gate logo (shown above).

Most importantly, a tentative release schedule was shown for upcoming releases in the series.

According to the schedule, Robotics;Notes DaSH and Anonymous;Code are scheduled for release next year in 2019.

The definitive version of Occultic;Nine, titled “Occultic;Nine 新世界” (English: “Occultic;Nine New World”) is also schedule for release next year. As we already know, this version of the game will presumably fix issues present in the original release of the game, and may connect Occultic;Nine to the Science Adventure series in some way.

The changes introduced by this new version will be available to owners of the original game (PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One). A port of the game, featuring the new changes, is planned for release on the Nintendo Switch.

Finally, the schedule notes that anime for Spacium Shonen and Anonymous;Code are also planned, and may be premiered in 2020 and 2021 respectively.

For the unaware, Spacium Shonen is a collaboration project that was initially announced in 2014.
