Per the European PlayStation Blog, an official localization for Steins;Gate: My Darling’s Embrace (previously unofficially known as Darling of Loving Vows) has been confirmed.
The blogpost lists the game with a December 10, 2019 release date on the PlayStation 4. At the moment, whether or not it will be available on other platforms is unknown. There has been no official statement from Spike Chunsoft as of yet regarding this release or the veracity of the listed release date.
Update (December 10, 2019): As of 12 PM GMT, the listing for My Darling’s Embrace has been removed from the PlayStation Europe blogpost. It is worth noting that a similar action was taken a few days prior on the PlayStation US Blog according to this source.
