The following article contains spoilers for Steins;Gate.

Via @realdgame, further details on the previously-announced Steins;Gate escape room game have been revealed, alongside a brand-new trailer.

As noted by the project’s official website, tickets for the event will go on sale beginning July 5, and the game itself will be playable beginning July 21. Members of the SCRAP Fun Club (a program provided by SCRAP Corporation, producers of the Real Escape Game series) will be able to purchase tickets ahead of the general public, beginning July 2.

In terms of ticket purchases, there will be three tiers available to interested participants. Two tiers offer physical goods that will not be sold separately.

  • At 2,800 yen, the buyer will receive the regular ticket alone.
  • At 3,300 yen, the buyer will receive the regular ticket and some additional items, including a sheet detailing the mysteries within the game, success cards with illustrations of Kurisu and Mayuri, a QR code/URL leading to the buyer’s one-time play page, and an invitation card.
  • At 6,300 yen, the buyer will receive the above items and more; a 99-millimeter Metal Upa container with solutions to the game’s mysteries and an acrylic gel banana keychain will be added to the mix.

According to the project page’s FAQ section, the game will only be available to play in Japanese. Additionally, any ticket purchases that include physical goods will require the buyer to input a Japanese address for shipping, as these goods will only be shippable to Japanese addresses.
