Ahead of the launch of its Steins;Gate collaboration, the official Twitter account for Tokyo Necro: Suicide Mission has previewed animated 2D sprites of Rintaro Okabe and Kurisu Makise that will be used in the game.

Tokyo Necro: Suicide Mission uses Live2D to achieve its animated visuals; it appears that sprites from the Steins;Gate visual novels have been repurposed in Live2D for use in this collaboration.
This collaboration is expected to go live tomorrow, August 19—it will be available to play in Japanese on mobile, as well as on PC via DMM Games.
