Confirmed today via a listing on VideoGamesPlus, the Chaos; Double Pack—a dual-game package featuring both Chaos;Head NoAH and Chaos;Child—will receive an official English localization on October 7, 2022.
At present, only a Nintendo Switch release is confirmed. Both a standard release and a steelbook release (pictured below) will be available at launch—both are priced at $64.99 CAD.

The upcoming release will seemingly be published by Spike Chunsoft USA, who were previously responsible for the Western releases of SciADV titles such as Steins;Gate Elite and the Robotics;Notes series.
