MAGES. has announced a new Steins;Gate RE:BOOT–themed pop-up event titled “Steins;Gate Final Mission,” which is set to take place in Akihabara at the end of August 2026.
The free event will feature exclusive merchandise, advance merchandise ordering, and additional attractions that have yet to be revealed. It is scheduled to run from August 29 to 30, 2026 at Bellesalle Akihabara B1 Hall, located in Sumitomo Fudosan Building. Admission will be free, although entry during the busiest hours will require advance reservations.
Due to the expected popularity of the event, MAGES. will introduce a timed entry reservation system for part of both event days. Reservations will open on July 6 at 12:00 JST and remain available until July 12 at 23:59 JST through the LivePocket ticketing service. Reserved entry will cover August 29 from 10:00 JST to 15:00 JST and August 30 from 10:00 JST to 13:00 JST.
After those time slots, the venue is currently expected to switch to free admission, although MAGES. notes that admission restrictions may still be implemented depending on crowd levels.
MAGES. also revealed a large selection of Steins;Gate RE:BOOT merchandise, including acrylic stands, replica lab coats, plushies, and a Metal Upa, with many more items available. A full list of merchandise can be found on the official event page.
To help reduce congestion, MAGES. will also offer an advance online merchandise ordering system with venue pickup. Orders can be placed between July 6 (18:00 JST) and July 12, with pickup available during the event itself. Customers who spend 15,000 yen or more through the advance ordering system will receive a commemorative shopping bag as a bonus.
Interestingly, two major sections of the event website are currently marked simply as “Coming Soon.” This suggests that MAGES. has yet to reveal additional attractions, which could include stage events, exhibits, guest appearances, or something else. While nothing has been confirmed yet, fans will undoubtedly be keeping a close eye on future updates.
